Due to having to take Sam to school for 6:30am this morning I decided to do my run before work.
In principal this was a great idea, however, in practice it wasn’t great due to the fact that the snow that provided grip yesterday was frozen today and so offered nothing but the chance to skate around! It is true that not the whole route was like that but certain parts were and they were certainly no fun.
Today marked the end of my 20th week of running, there is still a long way to go but I am still enjoying it and taking it one day at a time, a cliche I know but it’s true. I am looking forward to getting rid of this cold weather but other than that it’s onward!
