Glad to see I was able to add a bit of comic relief in day's run. Of course Steve it's your turn to take tumble today...I believe the score to beat is 9.5.

Kevin, to be honest the blogging part is probably harder than the running. I am using song titles as the blog posts titles to try and keep it interesting. The garmin data is useful as it does validate that I am actually doing the runs, and was something that James suggested when I signed up to this challenge

I must admit the fact that you are not only running every day *but* blogging and posting the course for every run really is impressive. (on top of not getting behind)

I knew I could only commit to one thing daily (the run) and the blogging was a couple of times a week.

Without a doubt, at the beginning of your last month, you will find yourself smiling ear to ear like a fool while out there for a run.

Hey Steve, you know me...I'm always up for an easy run! Oddly enough, I don't fancy a quick run for Day 126 either.

Thanks for commenting, always good to know that people do read the posts, however rambling they might be!

For me it's going to quick as the splits show the fastest pace at being sub 4 minute km's which is way faster than I capable of running. I agree that just doing a flat out 5km is the only real way of getting your pace.

Just spotted this blog and am enjoying some of the posts - sorry if I go over old ground with my wittering comments.

Too true finding the 5k pace is a tough one - are you going too slow or too fast? Personally the only way I nailed mine was simply to crack on with a 5k distance run during my speed work day. That settled it!
